Member Management
Manage server members and their immersion access.
Member Management
The Members tab in the dashboard lets you view and manage users in your server's immersion system.
Member List
Viewing Members
- Go to your server dashboard
- Click Members tab
- Browse or search the member list
Member Information
Each member row shows:
- Avatar and username
- Ban status - Badge if currently banned
- Warning count - Number of active warnings
- Translation count - Total translations made
Searching
Use the search box to find members by:
- Username
- Display name
Member Details
Click any member to open their detail dialog.
Overview Tab
- User profile (avatar, username, ID)
- Current ban status
- Active warning count
- Translation statistics
Ban Tab
Manage the user's immersion access:
To ban:
- Select duration (or permanent)
- Enter a reason
- Click Ban User
To unban:
- Enter optional reason
- Click Unban User
Warnings Tab
View and manage warnings:
- List of all active warnings
- Each shows: reason, moderator, date
- Click to remove individual warnings
- Button to clear all warnings
History Tab
Complete moderation audit trail:
- All past actions (bans, unbans, warnings, etc.)
- Who performed each action
- Reasons provided
- Timestamps
Bulk Actions
Currently, member management is individual. For bulk actions:
- Use Discord's built-in moderation, or
- Contact support for assistance with large-scale needs
Permissions
To access member management:
- You need Administrator permission on the server
- Or be designated as a moderator with dashboard access
Verified vs Unverified
Verified Users
Users who have:
- Clicked the verification link
- Signed in with Discord
- Can use immersion channels
Unverified Users
Users who haven't verified:
- Don't appear in the member list
- Can't post in immersion channels
- Receive verification prompts when they try
Statistics
Per-User Stats
- Total translations - Lifetime count
- Monthly usage - Characters this month
- Current streak - Consecutive days active
- Achievements - Unlocked achievements
Viewing in Dashboard
Stats are shown in the member detail dialog and can help identify:
- Most active translators
- Users approaching limits
- Engagement levels
